Own Use

When you buy a recreational residence for your own use, you will be the only user. You may use the home for recreation 365 days a year, but you may not permanently live in your residence at Green Resorts. Buying a recreational residence for your own use gives you the opportunity to furnish the place just the way you like it. VAT is included in the price of the home, as well as the connection costs for gas/water/electricity and landscaping costs. The furniture package is not included, you may choose to take care of this yourself or outsource this to our interior stylists. If you buy a home exclusively for your own use, then you will have to deal with a park fee.

Invest under warranty - 4.5% net return on annual basis

Due to the increasing demand for domestic vacations, investing in a recreational home has proven to be an alternative for bank savings. At Green Resorts, it is possible to invest in various types of holiday homes. The occupancy at our holiday resorts is high. Green Resorts lends itself particularly well to rental due to the unique locations in the Netherlands. You can benefit from your investment without worries. If you fully rent out your holiday home, using our professional rental organization, you will receive a guaranteed long-term net return per year.

Invest based on prognosis

For a prognosis house, you can opt for a combination of own use and rental. Through our booking system, you will always have insight into the availability of your recreation house. You can decide for yourself when you want to rent out the house and when you want to use it yourself. With this type of investment, you will face some fixed costs that we have made transparent on the price list. You will receive the actual rental income minus the deduction of the rental fee, deposited in your account. Park-related costs are paid in advance per year.

The rental fee is 25% when booking through tour operators, 20% through our online booking system and telephone bookings, and 15% for reservations made through your own promotional link.

 

Child friendly or disability

The following option packages are available for the luxury stone holiday villas: Disability and child friendly holiday homes.

The demand for disability holiday homes is large. There are few places in the Netherlands where this target group can go. A home for people with disabilities meets the following requirements:

  • Wide passages without thresholds for wheelchairs
  • Bathroom on the first floor with spacious shower with shower seat, lowered sink, and tilt mirror
  • Adapted toilet with braces
  • Raised beds on the first floor
  • Fitted with a larger terrace without gravel

Would you like to offer some extras for the smallest guests and their parents? Then you can customize the property especially for children. The houses will then be equipped with children's furniture, a play corner, and a children's play set in the garden.
